We provide an individual website for each of our listings that includes all the information buyers need, from photos to floor plans to descriptive text, as well as our contact information so buyers can book viewings. We run ads for all our listings to ensure they get enhanced visibility on key social media platforms, such as Facebook and Instagram. We follow up with every lead we receive and work to schedule showings. You Get Open Houses
The first week your home is listed on the market, we will hold at least one open house on a Saturday or Sunday. We can hold additional open houses the following weeks, but all too often, the home is sold shortly after the first open house, and sometimes before it even takes place!

Not only do we beat the competition with our high-level expertise, service, and marketing program, we do so at a very competitive commission—just 4.5 percent without staging furniture, and 5 percent with furnished staging.
